Taizhou Huangyan Wanhao Mould Factory is a member of Huangyan Mould Association. Our factory is a medium-sized enterprise specializing in the manufacture of precision plastic injection moulds. Our company has more than 230 staff members, including 40 designers, 100 middle and high class technical personnel and 50 masters in operating CNC and EDM. We own 12 sets of CNC machining tools, 6 sets of EDM forming machines, 6 sets of wire cutting machines, 5 sets of rocker arm drilling machines, 16 sets of mould processing and trial equipment and 28 computers. A CAD/CAM/CAE integrated flow system has been established for the whole process of design and manufacture of moulds, which has greatly improved precision of moulds and shortened the manufacturing cycle of moulds. Moreover, Dell-MITE flexible coordinating measuring machines from the USA are applied to ensure reversal design of moulds and manufacturing quality.

Our factory has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality certification. Insisting on the tenet of "Quality First, Client First", we are trying our best to improve quality of products and management level, aiming to make the most competitive products to meet the needs of our clients.
